What is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy?

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach that blends solution focused brief therapy with hypnosis to help individuals focus on desired outcomes and make positive changes. Rather than thoroughly exploring past experiences or analysing problems, I will use hypnosis to promote relaxation and reinforce positive suggestions.

In my practice, during trance, I will use a hypnophix headband device. This monitors brain patterns and helps demystify any myths surrounding hypnosis.

Initial consultation.

You have now taken that initial brave step of the beginning of your journey and you have booked your initial consultation either face to face or online via zoom.

  • Your first consultation will last approximately 30 - 45 minutes

  • During this time, we will discuss what you wish to achieve from the sessions.

  • After I have gathered some basic information, I will spend some time discussing neuroscience to help you understand what is happening inside your brain.

  • You will leave the session feeling more optimistic and confident in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and how it can help you.
